Data Security

Our internal support is augmented by 24/7/365 live support, system health monitoring, and full server backups which are managed by our hosting provider as an added measure to ensure Optijob service availability. This solution is also secured from unrestricted public access by a High Availability pair of Cisco ASA Appliances.

Infrastructure

The OptiJob website infrastructure and its backend services are currently hosted on dedicated servers in an East Coast datacenter located in a single rack which provides fully redundant N+1 internet and power connections to all our systems. These Windows 2003 systems are regularly maintained and patched on a monthly schedule. To ensure 24/7/365 site availability our webserver tier utilizes independent hardware-based load balancing to allow continued access in the event of a server failure.
